Student FAQ’s:

tabGATE is an effective tool for

  • Working professionals who don’t get enough time to spend on preparing for GATE
  • Students with busy class schedules.
  • Click on Order Now
  • Fill in your required details and make the payment through suitable payment options.
  • You will receive an acknowledgement once the payment is received.
  • Once your order is processed you will receive an intimation along with the dispatch details of tabGATE.

The activation of tabGATE is 5 steps

  • Click the tabGATE icon in the tablet
  • It will ask for activation of the software
  • Send an SMS to the number mentioned in the activation document
  • You will receive an activation code.
  • Next enter the code into the dialog box of the app and tap on YES.
  • The software is activated and ready to use.
  • The hardware warranty is valid for ONE year. The warranty does not cover physical damages of the tabGATE
  • Please refer to the manufacture website for terms and conditions.
  • tabGATE will be valid till 31st March of your chosen GATE Target Year. Suppose your GATE Target Year is 2016 then tabGATE will be valid till 31st March, 2016.
  • Student however can use the tablet for all other purpose.

Yes it can be used all general purposes such as mails, games, surfing etc.

No, the tab content can be accessed without an internet connection.
But if you want to use internet for personal purpose then you can either use

  • WiFi
  • Internet USB dongle.

Not Required

No, if you format the tablet, the content will be deleted and you can’t use tabGATE.

Process

  • Customer calls tablet vendor on +91-9900093238 from Monday to Friday, 09.30am to 06.30pm.
  • Complaints will be registered by tablet vendor & unique complaint number will be provided to customer.
  • After registering the complaint, customer packs the tablet, address to tablet vendor & device will be collected from customers door step within 24 working hours.
  • After servicing of the tablet, tablet vendor will be ship back the tabet to customer provided address. Services charges, if any, will need to be paid to the Representative delivering the tablet.

Fees & Service Charges

  • All the under warranty tickets are free of cost.
  • All out of warranty tickets will be charged a minimum service charge of Rs.750 + service taxes and the spares & consumables used will be charged on actuals to the customer.

  • tabGATE- a student will buy the tablet along with a SD card and prepare for preparation of GATE
  • tabGATE- SD card- if a student already has a tablet then he/she can opt only for SD CARD and use the same in a existing Tablet and prepare for GATE
